De Cecco, Pâtes Farfalle
Conservation: Conserver à température ambiante
Farfalle pasta, originating from Lombardy and Emilia, is named for its distinctive butterfly shape and is often enjoyed in pasta salads. Imported, pale yellow grain durum wheat pasta, milled in Fara San Martino, Italy. The pasta is bronze drawn – a special process that forms the pasta’s shape, leaving a rough texture that sauces cling to – before being slow dried at low temperature, preserving the pale yellow color of the wheat.
