Authentic, Italian pasta sauce made by blending crushed tomatoes with an aromatic blend of onion, celery and paprika. Heat through then toss with pasta, finishing with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Francisco Cirio pioneered the preservation of tomatoes in tin cans in 1856.
